A 90 year old woman named Margaret Keenan has become the first person in the world to ever receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
She thankfully received the life-saving vaccine in the UK today, 8th December 2020, at 6:31 GMT.
Her Vaccination made her the first among 800,000 other persons who will receive the Pfizer vaccine in the UK over the coming weeks.
Also, the United Kingdom’s National Health Service (NHS), now holds the record for the first health body to ever kick off a COVID-19 vaccination campaign.
